Concord Biotech's 1:1 bonus among November record dates for Coal India, Infosys

Indian investors have a crowded calendar this month: Coal India, Hindustan Unilever, Power Grid Corporation of India and Infosys are among the companies that have fixed record dates for corporate actions in November, according to BSE data as of 1 November.
Dividends dominate the list. Colgate Palmolive, Pitti Engineering, Infosys, Gravita India, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders, Asian Paints, Coal India, Godrej Consumer Products and Engineers India are among the companies with dividend record dates set for the month. Concord Biotech is the only company with a bonus issue record date in November, having fixed Wednesday, 4 November for a 1:1 bonus approved by its board.
Three companies have scheduled stock splits. Gujarat Natural Resources has set 5 November to split its shares from ₹10 to Re 1, Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works has fixed 6 November for a ₹5-to-Re 1 split, and Interarch Building Solutions will split from ₹10 to ₹2 on 30 November. FDC Limited and Medi Assist Healthcare Services have buyback record dates of 13 November and 20 November respectively, while Crescentis Capital, Suvidhaa Infoserve and Kanel Industries have set rights issue record dates.
Five companies have fixed November record dates for income distribution by InvITs and REITs, the payout of a portion of earnings, profits or interest to security holders. The corporate-action slate arrives as investors weigh whether Indian equities hold their recovery: the Nifty 50 gained 2.81% over one month and the BSE Sensex 3.55% in October, according to Token Times.
