TPS Worldwide wins gold at P@SHA ICT Awards for tokenisation platform
TPS Worldwide has won gold at the P@SHA ICT Awards 2026 for IRIS Tokenization Connect, an entry the company describes as building Pakistan's national tokenisation backbone. According to the company, the recognition reflects its continued work on payment technology for the country's financial sector.
IRIS Tokenization Connect is designed to simplify how banks and card issuers adopt tokenised payments. TPS says the platform connects issuers with Visa Token Service and Mastercard Digital Enablement Service, giving access to payment experiences including Google Wallet, Apple Pay and Click to Pay, while reducing dependence on separate third-party tokenisation integrations. Tokenisation, in this context, replaces card account numbers with unique digital tokens used to process a payment.
The platform supports both on-premise and software-as-a-service deployment models. TPS says this allows institutions with different operational, scalability and data sovereignty requirements to adopt tokenisation through a common technology framework.
TPS said the award reflects its approach of combining decades of payments expertise with agile, future-focused innovation. The company says it continues to build secure, scalable and flexible technology to help financial institutions modernise as they respond to changing customer expectations and emerging digital payment experiences.
