Gold prices in Pakistan rose on Friday, with the per-tola rate climbing Rs5,900 to Rs440,936, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). The association reported the move as tracking gains in the international market.
According to the same association rates, 10-gram gold was sold at 378,031 after it increased by Rs5,058. A day earlier, the per-tola rate had reached Rs435,036 after a gain of Rs600 during Thursday's session.
