Cyberport forum pairs agentic AI with tokenised assets in a two-day investor summit
Cyberport's CVCF 2026 will gather more than 80 speakers on 4-5 November, with a second-day summit on how autonomous AI and digital assets are reshaping value transfer.

Cyberport's Venture & Capital Forum 2026 will put tokenised assets and autonomous AI on the same stage this November, when it runs on 4 and 5 November with more than 80 speakers and a second-day Agentic Economy Summit themed "Intelligent Frontiers, Tokenised Horizons".

The forum's framing is that venture capital is being reshaped by record funding into AI, frontier technology, robotics and digital infrastructure, and that Web3 and tokenised assets across Asia and the Middle East are part of the same shift. Organisers describe an emerging "agentic economy" in which autonomous AI agents and lean startups scale in what they call a machine-native ecosystem, and say the summit will examine how digital assets are redefining global value transfer.

Soumaya Ben Beya Dridje, general partner at Rasmal Ventures, which describes itself as Qatar's first independent and governed venture capital firm, said the Middle East's pull on international capital and technology companies since 2024 is a fundamental reshaping of the innovation landscape rather than a temporary trend. She warned Asian companies against treating the Gulf as a single market: "The most common mistake is treating the Gulf as a single market you enter with a pitch deck and a flight. It is relationship-first: decisions move at the speed of trust, not the speed of the term sheet, and the partner you choose matters more than the strategy you arrive with."

She added that execution and compounding advantages matter more than prototypes, and that Rasmal is particularly interested in companies combining AI with robotics, industrial technology and supply chains, where "the competitive advantage comes not just from the software, but from the entire system around it". Another executive quoted in the forum's material, Krishnaswamy, argued that connectivity, not just computing hardware, is the third pillar of AI infrastructure: "The chips arrive in months. The connectivity does not."

The programme covers cross-border corridors spanning the Greater Bay Area, Pan-Asia, Central Asia and the Middle East, alongside themes such as agentic AI and the rise of one-person companies. Organisers are also running hybrid onsite and online investor matching, start-up clinics and workshops, and are offering a full access pass at HK$300 with the promo code cvcf26scmp.
